This was a huge year in our lives, with a home purchase, another successful bar season, kids entering/preparing to exit high school, new career directions, blah blah blah. As ALWAYS, the only thing holding this popsicle stick house together is the glue that is my wonderful, tenacious, loving, drop dead gorgeous, smoking hot wife 🌶️ ❤️

So here’s to the bartenders, quick and clever, Who make us laugh and feel so better. They may not fix your life, it’s true, But they sure can shake a mean one… or two. 🍸😄

We just got back from our annual family trip to Oregon. Once again, it didn’t disappoint. If you’re looking for some fun things to do, I recommend visiting Gold beach to take a ride on Jerry’s rogue River, or rent a boat in Lakeside for 24 hours for only $400 bucks! I ended up catching my first 🎣 ! Also, take advantage of a sandy beach and have a long jump contest!
We’re back and ready to take on this busy wedding season!!
Today we will be in Placerville celebrating two families becoming one.

Yesterday was about friends, family and creating memories that last a lifetime. Casey and I started our day by celebrated with our good neighbors of #rocklin for our third year in a row. We then ate pazookies at @bjsrestaurants and ended it with time spent with family. Though I am thankful everyday, I spent the day with even more gratitude in my heart for the sacrifices made by the people who made this awesome life possible. #homeofthefreebecauseofthebrave❤️🇺🇸

Kid wants mommy to put on the APT song again for the 1000th time?
Mom takes a deep breath and pushes play.
Doctor, Dentist, sleepovers, extracurriculars, family vacations, birthdays, movie nights, school rallies, holidays, home cooked meals, church… the list is endless.
You make it happen, every day, no matter what.
You’re the glue. You’re amazing.
And you are appreciated.

34 years of old today (My @garmin says I’m 31.5 🤷🏻♂️)!
This birthday provided a sort of epiphany, though. I was asked, “what do you want to do for YOUR birthday?!” I thought about it and… I realized that all the things I wanted to do were all the things I already get to do.
I got to devote some time to my fitness, I got my spirit massaged at @baysideadventure , I got to absolutely pound a mountain of ice cream (shout out to my pancreas), and I got to fight a sugar coma while watching my girls dance their hearts out.
And I got to do it beside my best friend and our girls.
I’m grateful for the life I get to live. And I’m excited to take another trip around the Sun next to @chelsie_s_oconnor ❤️
