with the upcoming film sequel, i wanted to be super clear about what this novella is and is not, so here are some answers to questions you may have!
most of the things in TPC have been inside my head for years and years as the futures i envisioned for A&H. it has been so strange and surprising and joyful to come back to them a full decade after i first met them, to reconnect with the A&H who live on the page, and to have grown alongside them over the past 10 years of my own life. in some ways i found i understood their trajectory differently now that i’m older and maybe 5% wiser. most of the time, i found these two exactly as i left them.
i have so much room in my heart for both of these worlds. i’m so happy to share with you what i see for A&H in this one. i hope you love it ❤️💙

hi it’s been a million years since my last post but i’m here to say i’m alive and i’ve been super busy writing/revising and trying to stay off my phone and bopping around to speak at festivals (hi @sxswedu & @greensborobound ). also i sewed my first pair of pants (not pictured) and two pillowcases (pictured).
