If you ain’t first, you’re last. Our developmental 2 kW e bike motor is putting Cascade Components squarely ahead in the power race. In its TurboBoostMax mode, the unit outputs full power at just 50 W rider input and it will put out max power instantaneously. Meanwhile the new Infinite Overrun tech allows the motor to continuously overrun until a full forward rotation of the cranks.
So stoked! Hyped to let you know our RS 181.2 Forge Series ONE frames sold out at a rapid pace. Humbled by this continued support and can’t wait to see the builds you all come up with on these!

We will explore the possibility of getting more frames here later in the year but right now timing is unknown. We’ll share any info we can soon!

It’s mad how fast things move.
This is the bike that started our journey.
Powered by the Gen 4 @boschebikesystems CX Race coupled with a suspension platform tuned by @cascade_components . It was released in 2023 and we had a lot of fun on this one. It’s good to see these bikes still out there being ridden the way they were meant to be.
As we head into 2026 and onto our 2nd generation @avinoxebike powered frame, we’ll keep doing our best to keep up and continue pushing the boundaries of what an e-bike should be. 👊
