This has been 18 months in the making but she's 90% complete. We saved this 100 year old home but let me tell you, it was not easy. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING went wrong but NOW it's oh so right. This property is located just ONE block to the Wildwood boardwalk and beach and boasts TWO houses on one property. the Main "Villa" we call Casa 218 and our beach cottage we call Casa 220. We are still not totally complete as the covered outdoor entertainment space is not ready! We'd love for you to come for a walk through of our Villetta's on Saturday April 12th from Noon to 6pm. We'll be celebrating the renovation completion and the launch of this property as a Wildwood rental. From 90’s horror… to hello, gorgeous. 😍 This primary en suite got a full glow-up—ditching the oversized corner tub, wall-to-wall tile, and zero-privacy layout for something a little more… intentional. We reworked the entire flow: ✨ added a proper water closet ✨ created direct laundry access (because function matters) ✨ gave the kids their own drop zone (and closed off the chaos) And then… we layered in the magic. A balance of feminine + masculine A wink of art deco 😉 A little sass, a little class, and just enough edge to keep things interesting Because this isn’t just a bathroom—it’s a reset button. For two people who work hard and deserve a space that feels equal parts escape and elevated. A little more function. For nearly four decades, NJ resident Anthony Romano delivered more than packages around his local community; he also delivered kindness, care, and a whole lot of smiles.
