The most fun I’ve ever had in a comp for sure. The support was phenomenal and I’m super thankful I get to lift with a bunch of cool people.
Lots of change coming in the next few months. Time to build something huuuuge.

First comp post-injury. No peak, not enough sleep, but no probs. Aim was an RPE 8ish day and a QT for Welsh Champs.
SQUATS - 145/155/165
BENCH - 85/90/95X
DEADLIFT - 152.5/165/175 (easy breezy)
GL - 85.31. Best Female Lifter. Time to build.🙂↕️
