I am thrilled to share that my short film, The Bucca, made during my time at Falmouth University will have its premiere at Newlyn Filmhouse on February 27th. The event will feature a Q&A with me, the Writer and Director, Ben Jacob-Haigh, the Cinematographer, along with the lead actors Seb Smart and Tim Cartwright.

LOUISE JAMESON
Having trained at RADA and spent 2 formative years at The Royal Shakespeare Company, Louise is the definition of classically trained. As well as a rich stage career with a recent example being the National Theatre production of Allan Bennet’s The Madness of King George and her one woman show Shakespeare’s Mistress. Louise is perhaps best known as Fourth Doctor Tom Baker’s companion Leela in which many call the golden age of the show in the mid to late 70s - a role she stills plays to this day in the world of Big Finish Audio, as well as writing many of her most successful audio outings.
DANNY WEBB
A master of stage and screen, Danny has been directed by the likes of Krzysztof Kieslowski, Krzysztof Zanussi, David Fincher, Steven Knight, Alan Rickman - working alongside Ralph Fiennes, Kate Winslett, Carey Mulligan, Ian Mckellen, David Tennant, the list is endless.
SUSAN PENHALIGON
With an extensive career spanning over five decades, Susan has been directed by the likes of Paul Verhoeven, Richard Franklin, Mark Gatiss, Jonathan Miller, starring alongside Judi Dench to Doug McClure.
NIGEL FAIRS
A writer director in his own right, Nigel has has performed at the National Theatre in Translations directed by the Oliver Award Nominated lan Rickson, also working extensively with Big Finish on multiple Doctor Who audio stories and beyond, some of which he wrote as well as performed in, through that having worked with the likes of David Warner, Celia Imrie, and Tom Baker.
TIM CARTWRIGHT
Tim is a well-loved Cornish actor who has made his mark in both stage and screen. He’s worked extensively with Cornish community charities with bringing theatre to rural areas and also working with Cornish festivals like Golowan (midsummer) and Montol (midwinter).
