CMLA is pleased to present Villa Juanita, featured in the latest issue of @verandamag . The iconic Atlanta property includes formal, Italianate gardens, conceived by CMLA founder Carson McElheney and stewarded in his vision by Kaitlyn Peake and the extended CMLA team.
Peake says, “The principles of traditional European garden design were central to Carson’s approach as a landscape designer. Developing the seven-acre grounds into a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired oasis, in harmony with the historic home’s grand architecture and interiors, was very inspiring to Carson, and it was important to all of us at CMLA to continue the project in his honor and with his legacy front of mind.”
