So if you don't know where I've been or what I've been doing...let me explain.
Last year, I decided that rising food prices were hurting our most vulnerable, so I thought I would give a free media tour to local garden clubs asking them to help grow food for the local food banks. Since the first presentation in front of @morningstar_mission , I have done more than 20 appearances and have reached over 2000 gardeners promoting growing food for the community.
Today's presentation was in #Bath and we filled the room... including a class of students from the local school who are going to manage the raised beds.
Now is the time for the garden clubs to activate all of those talented members to help grow food for the local food banks. Food prices have gone up 34% since covid and are going up again in 2026.
