February 13th we celebrate the release of our new album “Patterns in the Sea”! We will be performing at @the_bends along with @carson_cox_cx and @ortrotasce . Free. Doors at 9. Let’s go.
Here is a new song from wMerchandise called You Shot Me Down (link in bio). I’ve been working on our 6th Lp since 2019. It’s hard to say how long it should take to finish an album in the chaos of these past years but it’s coming soon, just not quite yet. All the same I wanted to share something, after a long time of radio silence.
This for the fans that after all these years still ask me for new music. Myself and my bandmates all live in different cities, we have different live now but i still have more to say with this project. It’s a lot harder to make anything work now as we all know but I don’t feel like I should let it stop me. I know music can still open hearts.
Today Im announcing my new digital label and archive series called Symbol + Sound. Over the years I’ve amassed lots of music, some of which will never come out for whatever reason. So instead of it sitting on my computer I’m going to share a lot of it. The first release, deep space willie, is from my biggest influence @senza__senso with a premise that only he could dream up. Hope y’all take a listen. The goal here is to be accessible without having to do all the unimportant social media stuff that I think we all know has nothing to do with music. Listen deep! In 2020, the week of September 11th, mi amigos por vida and I got together to make a record. I think this is something we do every few years without realizing or planing it. Every time it’s the most fun I get to have in a studio and this was no exception.
Engineered and sonically exploded by @greenbergaudio at the now gone Strange Weather studio as well as the illustrious @circularruinstudio studio, the CC Heaven “See You In Hell” record is an extremely loud and fucked up artifact that reflects so much it’s hard to put into words. While the world stopped spinning we picked up guitars and drums and let it all out. The sound everyone is making on this record is proof of life in a time of total uncertainty. When nothing makes sense, music always is the answer for me.
This is a split release between @wharfcatrecords and @cultmaternal Link in bio!
These are the death songs of the American-European Pioneers that went into wilderness built the world and destroyed the world and nobody stopped them and now they’re scrambling left looking for meaning.

RIP Kenneth Anger. His legacy and the post war queer American art/film scene that gave way to Rock n Roll and the early beat/hippie scene was and is massively important to me. Lynch and Scorsese took from him. The 80s and 90s music video scene took from him. The fashion world still is reinterpreting his images for repertory showings. It’s astonishing to think of how complete his vision was in the 40s and 50s. Nothing was cooler than seeing his stuff for the first time on dvd or vhs that only a few people I knew even had! See you on the astral plane K.A. Goodbye 20th Century 🇺🇸
Death Index “Civilized By A Lie” available July 7th. Pre order up now. The title and many lyrics inspired by historical and contemporary acts of violence, as well as the poem Dulce et Decorum est by Wilfred Owen. The mad scene of the World War I trench warfare has always fascinated me beyond my own understanding. It’s in many ways the LIE that inspired this record. Ciao!
December 1st is world AIDS day. Take time today to remember those living with AIDS and those brilliant and beautiful people we’ve lost to it. End AIDS now.
“Love in High Demand” is the message. Out today worldwide. I can’t tell you how hard last year was, it’s all in this record. Thanks to everyone on our little team that made it possible @sisterpolygonrecords . Hope this brings some more love into y’all lives like it did for mine.
