Fun day visiting @nevaeh.tea and learning about all of the different tea’s Ricky offers! In our search for matcha, we also couldn’t pass up their Yame Hojicha from Fukuoka, Japan to add to our ‘Non Coffee’ offerings.
For those who haven’t had it, Hojicha is a roasted green tea milled into a fine powder. This Hojicha has a nutty, cheerio, sesame like taste. By roasting the tea leaves, it burns off a lot of the caffeine the tea contains. We’ve both grown to love hojicha as our go to non caffeine drink and we’re stoked to share its nommy-ness with all of you!
