Last week’s install meant a little more to us than most. We had the privilege of building and installing new stairs as part of a church expansion—one that many of our own team members call home. ⛪
These stairs will serve the new kids area, supporting a growing community and making space for the next generation to learn, connect, and thrive every single Sunday. 🤸♂️

What a great day co-hosting the Southeast Metro Showcase Tour with @carpentryplusinc as part of the @masstimberconference on Tuesday!
It was a day filled with meaningful conversations and a shared excitement for what’s possible with mass timber in residential homes.
The Molalla Mass Timber CLT project gave guests a rare look at a custom single-family home and expansive workshop, paired with stunning mountain views and a behind-the-scenes look at the building process alongside the homeowners themselves.
Grateful to connect, collaborate, and showcase what thoughtful design and craftsmanship can achieve.

Robert brings over 28 years of construction experience, leading field operations across high-rise, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and mass timber projects. He’s known for building strong teams, keeping projects on track, and maintaining a zero-incident safety culture—something we take seriously on every job.
His background in mass timber, combined with his hands-on leadership style and focus on safety, quality, and coordination, makes him a great fit as we continue to grow our work and partnerships.
