Ted and I both attended the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago because he had just launched @tedsmontanagrill I later brought the photo to his office and he signed it for me! Better grab your burger! They go quickly @i.feel.dove because they only make a precious few (10) per service. The Dove burger, made with 50-day aged rib cap is cooked to pink inside and topped with melted Gorgonzola and onions caramelized in butter. Is it rich? Oh yes. We split them in half and were very happy. One for every two guests is a fab formula. Besides we had more food coming….
