the last installment for a bit 🩵 excited to expand on this world this summer 🙂‍↕️ As a kid I had all the freedom in the world and I felt like I could go anywhere, but most days, I had nowhere to be. I spent a lot of time in in-between spaces: waiting for the Q17, wandering unfamiliar neighborhoods, watching my friends play handball but never joining in, hanging out at QCM but never buying anything (maybe an Auntie Ann’s pretzel), and lingering on stranger’s porches just to avoid going home too soon. This series revisits those memories of being young and untethered. It felt right to shoot the first installment in Kissena Park, a park that feels like its own little world.
