At Carnforth Community Choir we take Mental Health very seriously... in fact it is the reason we formed! We believe that singing in a group relieves stress, anxiety, loneliness and so much more... So, if like us during these strange times you can't meet and you're not all that into technology make sure you SING!! Sing, in the bath, the shower, the kitchen... heck why not the supermarket?!?!?
