Presenting our daughter’s room - a home inside a home. At VASTO, everything rotates, reorganizes, and evolves. This way of living was conceived from the beginning with @mesura.eu not as a fixed interior, but as a space designed to shift, respond, and host change. For this new chapter, we invited @we_are_takk to bring to life PINA’S room, a space created especially for VASTO, a new layer within our ongoing domestic imaginary. La habitación de Pina is both intimate and radical, a space shaped by softness, scale, and play, where function meets imagination. ⛓️ Thank you Alex & Mireia, and to Roma and her igloo — the beginning of it all!

Constructed from semi-transparent brown PVC and inflated into an irregular, undulating topography, the piece functions not as conventional furniture, but as a spatial condition—one that invites bodies to dwell, pause, and reorient together. Each depression within the form acts as an informal seat—non-prescribed, intuitive, and equal. There is no front or center, no elevated position or fixed role. By resting directly on the floor, the structure resists hierarchy and spectacle, proposing instead a communal topology shaped by presence and proximity. Light moves softly across the membrane, creating quiet gradients that shift with time and motion.
