Prince George’s County now has more access to primary care. 💙
We recently joined Prince George’s County Executive Aisha N. Braveboy, Dr. Esan Simon of @closeknithealth , Sherise Holden of SheRises and community leaders in Seat Pleasant to celebrate expanded access to care with CloseKnit.
Through a mix of in-person and virtual visits, CloseKnit is helping make healthcare more accessible—with same- and next-day appointments and support that looks at the whole person.
Care should be close. Care should be easier. And this is one step forward.

✨ 11,781 youth were screened for unmet behavioral health needs
✨ 6,280 individuals were supported through newly trained or community-based providers
