According to the lab analysis, I lose 901mg of sodium per hour. I've been using 2 scoops 333 half naked, a scoop of 111 and 1/4 teaspoon salt in my bottles for quite some time with great success. However, the new Beat the Heat combo is much better in so many ways especially in the taste.To me it's more refreshing and thereby by easier to consume on longer rides which means I can ride longer because I'm replenishing the key things better. Best new thing from CarboRocket!
