From the early days of helmet & glove design to today’s most advanced protection, the game has come a long way.
Carbon has been proud to help power innovation on the ice, from helmets to performance driven gloves with its 3D printed lattice liner built for airflow, comfort, and durability.
Throwback to how far the game has come and a look at where it is going next.

Through our partnership with @ccmhockey , Carbon is bringing Digital Light Synthesis to the ice with helmet liners engineered for performance at scale. Using advanced lattice structures and high-performance elastomeric materials, these liners are designed to deliver a more precise fit, improved breathability, and consistent energy management shift after shift.
This is what additive manufacturing looks like when it moves beyond prototyping. Reliable production. Repeatable quality. Real impact for athletes in the moments that matter most.
From the lab to the playoffs, it is all Powered by Carbon. 🔗 link in bio.
The intensity of the playoffs demands gear that performs shift after shift. That is why @ccmhockey partnered with Carbon to bring advanced 3D printed lattice technology to the ice with the Super Tacks X helmet.
Powered by Carbon’s Digital Light Synthesis™ technology, the NEST Tech liner is engineered for elite protection, continuous fit, maximum airflow, and long lasting durability so players stay cooler and more comfortable every shift.
From the regular season to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, this is what performance-driven innovation looks like on the ice.

No two pairs are the same. Because no two feet are.
The VivoBiome Tabi Gen 02 starts with a scan of your foot and ends with a sandal built exactly around it. Powered by Carbon's 3D printing technology and our newly developed EPU Pro material, every pair is produced on demand, precisely to you. Lighter. More flexible. More barefoot than anything a standard mold could make.
This is what happens when great design meets the right material.
The VivoBiome Tabi Gen 02 with @vivobarefoot is printed entirely in Carbon EPU Pro — our high-performance elastomeric resin built for energy return, tear strength, all-day resilience, and a touch and feel that has to be experienced to be understood.
No molds. Just your scan, our material, and a sandal engineered to move exactly how you do.
Engineered by data. Worn by you.
This isn’t a sandal – it’s a movement.
The most minimal footwear we’ve ever made. A decisive shift away from mass production toward true personalisation. VivoBiome Tabi Gen 02 is shaped from your scan and built to move with you – not against you.
For too long, footwear has asked your feet to conform. Fixed sizes. Generic shapes. Compromise from the start. We’ve always believed the answer is simple: perfect footwear is personal. Until now, the technology didn’t exist.
In partnership with @carbon , that changes.
Tabi Gen 02 is the result of years of scanning, computing, printing, testing – and starting again. A true scan-to-print system. Made to order. Made to measure. On a path to local, made-to-be-remade production.
You are the technology.

We are thrilled to see what’s possible when cutting-edge technology meets visionary design. Working with @hilos_lab and @prototek_servicestampa3d to design and produce the @alexanderwangny Gregoria heel has shown that when design meets innovation, you get something entirely new.
This is what happens when durability and comfort stop being trade-offs.
🚨New🚨 Lotus x Carbon. With Carbon’s cutting-edge 3D lattice structures we are developing a new seat concept with body-optimised density zones.
Maximum comfort. Minimum weight. Made for drivers 👍
For a car you wear.

13x.
That's how much more breathable Carbon-printed bra cups are compared to foam. Not a marginal improvement, but a complete reimagining of what a bra cup can feel like.
Engineered for what foam simply can't do: up to 13x more breathable, by design.
Comfort, powered by Carbon.

Comfort isn’t a luxury. In the playoffs, it’s a competitive edge.
Carbon Design Engine gives CCM helmet designers precise, tunable lattice structures engineered to fit and breathe like nothing else on the ice.
More comfort. More protection. More game.

Sea Otter Classic (@seaotterclassic ) 2026 is a wrap and the saddle category was a strong showing for what Carbon technology has made possible.
Some of the most respected names in saddle design all building with Carbon DLS. Each uses the same core process: lattice printed via Carbon technology, replacing foam with geometry that can be tuned zone by zone.
The lattice disperses pressure in ways that are impossible with foam, while also significantly improving breathability. And because it’s DLS, design iteration that typically takes 2–3 weeks takes only a day, so partners aren’t just making better saddles, they’re making them faster.
Seeing the breadth of saddles powered by Carbon across the course is a signal that this isn’t niche anymore. It’s the direction the category is heading. 🚴♂️ 💨
