From bean to brew—an ancient ritual, slow and sacred. I had the honor of documenting Demito, a local woman in Ethiopia as she guided us through the traditional coffee ceremony: washing, roasting, grinding, brewing over fire and finally, pouring the rich aroma of hospitality from a clay jebena. A story of patience, pride, and connection—one cup at a time.
