Running your own business definitely has its ups and downs, and recently I’ve realised how important it is for me to properly prioritise my own self-care 🤍
One thing I’ve been focusing on lately is slowing my mornings down instead of jumping straight into work mode. Taking time to do my skincare, properly get ready for the day and creating little routines that genuinely make me feel good.
I’ve also been consistently starting my mornings with ginger and orange shots, either homemade or recently with these from Aqua de Madre a woman-founded brand I’ve genuinely loved working with recently.
As someone with PCOS, inflammation, immunity and gut health are all things I’ve struggled with for a long time, so making small intentional changes like this has become really important to me.
And honestly… I’m genuinely starting to notice the difference.
This is also the kind of UGC content I absolutely love creating for brands. Content that feels real, relatable and rooted in genuine experiences and storytelling rather than overly polished advertising.
