Rough volcanic black sand. The melancholy. The highly unpredictable, yet still accessible to us even when it’s polluted with human trash.
And yet, a miracle persists: it still gives us life. We still take in the ocean, the crashing waves, recognizing ourselves in the collision of nature and human imperfection.
Parangtritis is just being itself. It is simply as authentic as it is. Because of its authenticity, it gives healing; it inspires people to be as authentic as themselves.
