Some bikes are just motorcycles.
Some are time capsules.
This Honda CBR1000RR Repsol was the bike I stared at as a teenager. The posters. The videos. The sound. Back when Repsol liveries ruled the streets.
I found this one by accident while running a boat charter. Sitting faded in the sun, abandoned on a property, covered up and forgotten. No keys. No title history. No clue if the engine even turned over. Auction pickup. Unknown miles. Unknown story.
Tracked down the owner. Made a deal. Took the chance.
Stripped it down to bare bones. Every panel off. Cleaned. Tuned. Rebuilt. New parts everywhere. Hours and hours bringing it back to life.
Turns out it only had 15,000 miles.
$200 to a locksmith. A couple weeks in the marina “garage”
Now this relic is back to life.
Still one of the most iconic sport bikes ever built.
Watching these two little guys grow up has become the best part of life. 💙
Teaching them new things, watching them challenge themselves, practice skills, fall down, get back up, and slowly become little men… there’s nothing better.
It’s amazing what these boys can already do at such a young age. Every day they surprise me with their courage, determination, and heart. Proud doesn’t even begin to explain it.
These moments are the real trophies in life. 🙏

I’ve never seen anything like today.
Helicopters overhead, SWAT in the streets, boats on the canal, snipers, armored police—our entire neighborhood was on lockdown for hours.
A tragic situation unfolded just a few houses away. Heartbreaking. Surreal. Still shaking.
Tonight, I’m reminded how fragile life is… how quickly everything can change… and how important it is to check in on the people around us.
