This shoot was really fun. @captaincalebsound and I have been talking about doing a couple of shoots, and we decided to do this shoot based around his sound bowl healing technique that he’s very passionate about. It was an honor having him let me get some shots while he played for us. It was a really chill shoot, and we had some great conversations, and I’d like to get some shots of him behind a full drum kit soon.

The Hua Hu Ching is a collection of Lao Tzu’s oral teachings that was BANNED in China, in fact, if it were not for the Taoist tradition of oral transmission from masters to students, these sacred scriptures would have been lost forever.

Never would’ve believed I’d have a whole year booked out almost every week, not just performing music, but playing with my best friends. 2025 was incredible and I am ecstatic for what the new year and beyond has in store for us!
