What matters most are strong leadership skills—clarity, competence, and confidence.
As a woman working in a male-dominated industry, I have learned that femininity and leadership are not opposites. Leadership is not about gender — it is about capacity.
I was also inspired seeing Rita Opiah, General Manager, Park Inn by Radisson, lead with excellence while maintaining her femininity and grace. Being the first woman to hold this position and doing exceptionally well i am inspired.

Being awarded most influential pilot is not proof that I am the most qualified.
It is proof that God’s grace can elevate the most seemingly unqualified and that when God calls even when you feel inadequate and unprepared you should answer
The award has opened so many doors for me and taken me to rooms I have never imagined I would be in.
You see, as women, we’re often consciously or subconsciously trained to be quiet.
To act. To do. But not to be seen and that breeds fear that further breeds inadequacy.
For too long, women have been praised for shrinking — for false humility, for staying in the background.
But here me out:
Bold is not pride.
Confidence is not arrogance.
Visibility is not vanity.
I did not place myself here. God honored me with this. He qualifies those who step forward — and I give Him all the glory.
