If you give me great cocktails, fun names and an even better vibe I promise you you’ve won it already. Bars opening left, right, centre in Delhi it has become mighty difficult to stand out. But there is one thing that will always win, and that is taste. @painkiller.del is the best of both worlds. From their experimental cocktails to their take on the LIIT (seriously 10/10)- they have it all. Go sit with a classic or get a Dolo (hehe) you won’t be disappointed. . . . . . . . . Your palate won’t know what hit it - the sweetness of beetroot meets the bitter punch of vermouth in this delicate cocktail.

Meet Pearacetamol. Butter-scotch vodka, pear, celery & green apple sing together in this really really easy to drink cocktail. Order two, you’ll thank us later.

🚨 WAIT… Did they just turn Dolo & Paracetamol into cocktails?! 🤯🍸 Meet the mad geniuses @ananthkumar__ & @capt.just.ice — the dynamic duo redefining bar culture, one wild pour at a time. From running some of the slickest bar operations to crafting the viral “Painkiller”, these two don’t just serve drinks… they prescribe experiences. 💊✨ Their latest menu? Absolutely unhinged (in the best way). Think cocktails inspired by your medicine cabinet — bold, quirky, and dangerously fun. We just caught pure mixology magicians. a blend of chaos and creativity! Trust us… you’ve NEVER seen a bar like @painkiller.del before. 👀🔥 #DevNow #BarRevolution #CocktailCulture #PainkillerDrink #MixologyMasters TrendingNow

The hardest shift in hospitality isn’t opening a bar — it’s unlearning life behind one. From Bartenders to Bar Owners brings this transition into focus at India Bartender Show 2026. Led by Jeet Rana, the session features Avinash Kapoli, Mayur Marne, Annu Kumar, and Beckaly Franks, sharing real experiences of moving from service to leadership. Presented by Hapusa Gin, this conversation cuts through the romance of ownership to explore the realities of responsibility, decision-making, and running a bar. 25th February 2026 Delhi NCR 📍

l is one of those places where the idea is obvious within seconds, but the depth reveals itself only if you stay long enough. 💊 A sandwich shop (@savagesandwichshop ) by day, a cocktail bar by night, with a menu that borrows names straight from your medicine cabinet. It sounds gimmicky on paper. In practice, it’s surprisingly disciplined. 🍸 I started where most people do, with the familiar, and then let the menu pull me deeper. 1. LIIT A solid opening note. Balanced, controlled, clean, and refreshingly restrained for a drink that usually leans chaotic. 2. Sedative It does exactly what it promises. Slow, comforting, rounded. Peanut butter, tea, and whisky coming together without trying to announce themselves. 3. Injection No. 5 Leans savoury and sharp. Carrot, cucumber, white miso, and soy create tension rather than sweetness. 4. Cuba Libre Kept honest. No reinvention, just clean proportions and an easy sipper. 5. Paloma Highball Crisp and easygoing. Grapefruit-led with just enough bitterness to keep it grown-up. 6. Negroni Playful in presentation with the foam on top, but still structurally sound underneath. 7. Pearacetamol The most approachable of the lot. Fruit-forward, clean, and quietly clever without overselling itself. I also sampled a few others across the menu. - Bees Knees showed how gently honey and citrus can be handled. 🍯 - IV Drip Twist played with melon, coconut, pandan, and kaffir lime without slipping into dessert territory. 🥥 - The Wrong Cure leaned bolder, sharper, and slightly confrontational in the best way. ⚡ - The eponymous Painkiller stayed tropical but measured. 🌴 - Dolo 651 brought tequila, cucumber, and basil together in a way that felt refreshing rather than medicinal. 🌿 What stood out is that while the names grab attention, the drinks don’t lean on that alone. The reimagined classics are just as confident as the signatures, which isn’t something you find in most bars. 🥂 (Continued in comments...)

By day, @painkiller.del keeps it simple as @savagesandwichshop . But come 7 pm, the lights dim, the vibe shifts, and suddenly you’re in a casual, Bangkok-style bar in the heart of Delhi. The kind of place you land at after work to properly unwind. 💊Cipla Killer – tequila with coriander, rocket leaves and avocado, think of it as the mildest picante, fresh and easy.
💊Injection No. 5 – tequila, soya, miso, cucumber, carrot and celery, pungent, savoury and bold.
💊IV Drip Twist – tequila with pandan, kaffir lime, coconut and Campari, tropical but layered.
💊Dolo 650 – tequila, chilli, cucumber and basil, spicy, herby, and sharp.
💊LIIT – it’s not what you think. Vodka, gin, rum, tequila, mango vanilla and smoked tea, smooth, dangerous, and went down way too easy.
💊 Painkiller – rum, coconut, orange, Campari and passion fruit, the heart of the bar and a must-try. The food keeps things Thai-inspired, quick, and perfect for drinking. 🎉 Bangkok rice cookie granola with chilli & peanuts – addictive, crunchy, and hands-down the best Thai-style chakna.
🎉Charred corn ribs with Thai chilli glaze – smoky, spicy, and packed with flavour.
🎉 Baked Thai prawn toast – so good we could’ve eaten these all night.
🎉 Jungle crab curry donuts – generously stuffed Thai-spiced crab inside the softest buns.
🎉 Chilli basil dirty prawn fried rice – pure comfort in a bowl.
🎉 Mama noodles with prawn – the perfect way to end the savoury run. Dessert stayed tropical with a passion fruit & vanilla panna cotta, light, creamy, and incredibly satisfying. Go for a drink, and let the day slip away, exactly as intended. 📍- @painkiller.del , Hauz Khas Market, Delhi [ trending bar in Delhi, Bangkok style bar Delhi, cocktail bar in Delhi, Thai bar food Delhi, new bar in Delhi, casual bar Delhi ] #PainkillerDelhi #BangkokVibes #DelhiBars #CocktailCulture #TwoHangryWomen

It's only three days old but @painkiller.del in Hauz Khas is turning out to be the place that's already creating the right noise and for good reason. After @savagesandwichshop shutters at 6 pm, this space transforms into a fuss free bar, inspired by Bangok's hole in the wall drink spots that serve seriously good drinks and nibbles. As the name suggests, every drink on the menu by bartender Anu Jha (@capt.just.ice ) is a cure to your tiredness, burnout or mid life crisis. There's Dolo 650, Injection No 5, Ciplakiller, Fever Fizz and the like. Their classics are also a whole lot of fun, especially the LIIT that I enjoyed after forever. The food menu is a banger, no surprises there with @hanishasingh1 and @jamsheedbhote at the helm. Lots of Thai-inspired bar nosh with a kick of spice. Must-haves are the Bangkok rice cookie granola with chilli and peanuts, charred corn ribs with Thai chilli glaze, baked thai prawn toast, Jungle crab curry doughnuts, and chilli basil dirty fried rice with prawn. If you love a good sweet treat, you can't miss the vanilla and passionfruit pannacotta. If you want to have a chill night, come here without worrying about your attire or anything else. This is the real example of 'dawa daaru', and you will love it! @ananthkumar__ @singhsimrita #bestcocktails #hiddengem #delhincr #newintown #delhibars
