Chef Anthony from Capra’s Kitchen brought a taste of tradition to the stage at the RC Show at The International Centre. 🍕 His competition pizza kept it beautifully simple: hand-crushed tomatoes, creamy cheese, savory sausage, and earthy oyster mushrooms on perfectly baked dough. Tonight we had the pleasure of entertaining A group of people from LACTALIS Canada, on the menu we had: Warm baguettes with salted butter, bomba butter, and black garlic butter. Antipasto misto with prosciutto di Parma, spianata calabrese, prosciutto cotto, olives, preserved vegetables, giardiniera and roasted peppers.
