COLLABORATOR SPOTLIGHT — Over the years, we’ve been around the world and back with Director Lincoln Caplice - from the remote island archipelagos of Indonesia, to the barren backroads of Baja, to the precision-packed factories of Switzerland. It’s hard to tell where our projects will take us next, but we know it’s a damn good time, making damn good images. Lincoln has helmed films for Breitling, Ford, Audi and most recently Triumph Motorcycles - all projects we and our clients are immensely proud of. Proud to share this latest piece, for @breitling and @officialtriumph - shot between the Breitling factory in Switzerland and the Triumph factory in the UK. A film that underlines the importance of timeless design, and the art of craftsmanship even in the tiniest elements. We were approached earlier this year to creatively develop and produce the release campaign for Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR & Breitling Chronomat B01. Two worlds colliding and an opportunity to showcase just how alike they really are. Attention to every detail and masterful precision perfectly describe both the world of watches and motorcycles. Was wonderful working with @harrisonamark to bring these ideas to life, a reliable collaborator and friend I hold highly. One of my first jobs was working in creative department of @deusexmachina under the eye of @carbyt , was lovely to come full circle and play a small part in this collaboration with @mini Two customised one off cars, built as a pair - kindred in spirit, opposite in energy. One born of the coast: The Skeg - shaped by surfboards, sea spray, and the stripped-back rhythm of beach life. The other is forged on the track: The Machina - lean, fast, and fuelled by a love of speed and precision. We travelled to Portugal to film along the coastal road in Arrábida Natural Park, where we were able to open up the cars and let them sing. Well done to the many people involved in this project. We recently wrapped this Ford spot over two solid days in Melbourne—shooting all four vehicles in the Everest range conquering the national parks of inland Victoria to the coastlines of the Mornington Peninsula.
