Thank you to everyone who joined us on a rainy Monday evening in London for the opening of capitArtX’s
@thewrong.biennale Artificial Lines of Flight Embassy curated by Isil Ezgi Celik,
@isilezgicelik . The exhibition can be seen until 12 March within the London Design Festival program,
@l_d_f_official .
We gathered for a stimulating conversation with Miguel Ripoll,
@studio.miguel.ripoll , whose physical drawings from his Grand Tour are currently exhibited in the gallery, and Lewis Brown,
@lewisbrownstudio , whose Drawing Machine created a live work during the talk. We were also joined by fellow exhibiting artist Jie Shuai,
@jies.zip , who introduced her interactive work Poetry River, expanding the conversation into participatory and relational dimensions. The talk was hosted by Artun Ozguner within capitArtX’s Emergency Room podcast project. Special thanks to Alisa Lisovskaia,
@slice.of.alicelife , and the
@artotellondonhoxton team for their support and collaboration.
With this exhibition, we wanted to foreground the multiplicity within the AI–art field: different approaches to AI, to art, and to creativity as a whole. Not a single position, but a space of divergence — a ground for discussion, friction, and experimentation.
The evening unfolded, quite poetically, on what felt like the last day of winter. We will continue to open space for growing difference, dialogue, and experimentation.
Thank you for being part of it 🥂 #capitartx #thewrongbiennale #aiart #londontalk
