Capabuild is proud to mark the completion of the RMIT B12.08 Engineering Labs at the City campus, a multi-room upgrade designed to support both teaching and research.
This project involved architectural, electrical and AV upgrades across several lab spaces, requiring careful coordination to ensure each environment met the functional and technical demands of modern engineering education.
Delivered within an active campus, the works called for precision planning, seamless integration and minimal disruption to surrounding operations.

Our latest project with Stylecraft is officially complete, a stunning two-level showroom that captures the essence of their iconic brand.
Delivered in close collaboration with our project partners, including designer PTID and the project services engineer, this space brings together refined finishes and layered detail to create a showroom that is both expressive and highly functional.

Capabuild was proud to support Gordon Legal’s relocation to 500 Bourke Street through a fast-track project that called for precision, flexibility and strong collaboration.
Working under an Early Contractor Engagement model, we partnered closely with our collaborators, including designer Studio Tate and the project services engineer, to manage everything from site investigation to cost control, long-lead procurement and design review, ensuring the fitout met both timeline and budget expectations.
The result? A bright, sophisticated workspace that reflects Gordon Legal’s reputation and gives their team a place they’re proud to call home.
Capabuild was proud to deliver the relocation of the British Consulate General to its new premises, a location better aligned with its operational needs and proximity to key public administration and diplomatic offices.
This high-end fitout involved a full strip out and removal of existing services, followed by the installation of new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, upgrades to sprinkler, fire alarm and emergency warning systems, and the construction of secure partitions, specialist walls and doors, kitchen and bathroom facilities, and new furniture throughout.
The project also included the integration of bullet-resistant glass and walls, requiring precision planning and coordination at every stage.
With an overseas client and multiple stakeholders involved, clear communication and consistent collaboration were critical. Through careful program management and attention to detail, our team delivered a secure, functional and refined space ready to support the Consulate’s next chapter.
Our presence in South Australia continues to grow, with more projects underway and a steadily expanding team on the ground in Adelaide.
