Facade — Oklahoma’s own experimental noise rock shapeshifters. Their latest release “park(park street)street” mashes improv jazz, grindcore, power electronics, and funk rock into something that will leave you confused and potentially reeling for more. Maybe.
DCLNR — Born out of the industrial machinery and wailing manufacturing environments of Houston. Piercing feedback, aggressive vocals, low machine rumbles, and high-pitched squealing metal. “Wicker & Rust” and full length “Moreso After Death” on Burial Recordings. Overwhelming in the best possible way.
Postule — Texas harsh noise royalty (Glasgow Smile, Burial Recordings) tearing through venues across the South and leaving sonic wreckage in their wake. High intensity, unpredictable stage presence, and they put the yee-haw in Texas harsh noise. We cannot wait.
