Kinchaku Bag
A bag for when pockets stop working.
When you lose the jacket,
everything you carry starts to show.
Pockets fill up.
The shape collapses.
That’s where this comes in.
A rounded drawstring form,
small enough to stay out of the way,
but present enough to hold the balance.
The leather is Veau Barenia.
It starts matte,
and changes as you use it.
In the first image,
right is new, left is worn.
The sheen, the softness—completely different.
Marks don’t stay as they are.
They soften, fade,
sometimes just from the warmth of your hand.
It’s also tougher than it looks.
A bit of rain won’t change much.
Not something to keep perfect.
Something to keep using.

Shade Pullover
I haven’t seen a linen knit like this.
Lightweight linen knits aren’t wrong—
they just don’t hold their shape for long.
This one holds.
Knitted in 3-gauge from thick French linen,
using over 800g of yarn.
It looks heavy.
But once you put it on,
it feels surprisingly light.
At first glance, it’s hard to place.
Not quite knit, not quite something else—
just a presence.
Jersey for the body, rib where it needs to hold.
A triangular gusset under the arm,
and a flat sleeve base that lets it fall naturally.
It doesn’t cling.
It settles.
You understand it the moment you wear it.

Essential Linen Shirt
A shirt that doesn’t shout, but keeps its line.
The difference starts small.
A 3mm stitch—narrow enough to sharpen the edge,
wide enough to let the linen move.
The armhole is built, not just sewn.
Seam allowances are butted and folded so the puckering stands upright,
not along the seam but against it.
It looks quiet, but it changes how the sleeve moves.
The body is a box,
with a slight drop at the back.
It swings when you walk,
and settles when you stop.
Shell buttons are hand-set.
Interlining is floated on a half-bias,
so the collar follows the cloth instead of resisting it.

Shade M51 Cargo Pants
A pair that looks like it already belongs to someone.
The reference is the M-51—kept honest in the details,
but pushed in silhouette.
Wide through the leg, meant to sit low,
even drag a little if you let it.
Those hanging tapes?
Originally for function.
Here, they stay—not for use, but for what they add to the way it moves.
The fabric is the same cotton-hemp as the jacket.
Dry, tough, and it takes on character with wear.
Puckering is already there,
and it deepens over time.
It’s not about practicality.

本来は用途のあるものだけど、
今は“動き”をつくるために残している。
生地はジャケットと同じコットン×ヘンプ。
ドライでタフ。
最初から入ったパッカリングが、
履き込むほどに深くなっていく。
実用かと言われたら、そうでもない。
でも、その無駄がいい。
どこか、ブルース・ウィリスみたいな空気。
あえてテープを垂らして歩く人とは、
たぶん話が合うと思う。

Shade Jacket
A jacket you can wash at home,
without worrying about wrinkles.
That was the starting point.
Made from a cotton-hemp fabric,
it has the dryness and toughness of natural fibers,
but softens with wear.
The lining is cotton-rayon,
giving it a smooth sleeve feel
while keeping breathability.
It’s already washed,
so the puckering is there from the beginning.
Not something you wait for—
something you start with.
The seams, especially along the back,
are finished with chain stitching.
As you wear it,
the creases deepen and the surface evolves.
The silhouette is slightly elongated and boxy.
Easy to throw on like a coverall,
but with a cleaner, more composed look.

Fine Gabardine Trousers

ストレートのパターンなのに、
フレアに見えてしまうスラックスがある。
それは設計の問題ではなく、
布がちゃんと扱われていないだけ。
本来、スラックスはまっすぐ落ちるもの。
でも実際には、
そこまで整えられているものは多くない。
縫う前に、熱と蒸気で布を動かし、
立体として形をつくる。
くせとり。
この工程を経ることで、
はじめて、まっすぐ落ちるラインが生まれる。
余計な広がりも、歪みもない。
ただ、静かに落ちる。
そのうえで、作りもきちんと整えている。
