As part of the launch of the second chapter of Armani/Archivio, a series of conversations exploring the intersection of fashion and culture unfolded at the Giorgio Armani boutique during Milan Design Week. For the occasion, leading voices from the worlds of collecting and archiving were brought together to explore the enduring relationship between memory and creation β where garments become narratives and archives shape contemporary vision.
Fashion researcher Elise By Olsen engaged in dialogue with curator Jillian Choi, while costume designer Miyako Bellizzi exchanged perspectives with James Harris and Lawrence Schlossman from podcast Throwing Fits. On the final day of talks, Slam Jam founder Luca Benini joined fashion journalist, creative and consultant Gianluca Cantaro in a conversation bridging subculture and contemporary discourse.
