Out at the farm for the weekend!
This was such a blast. We're sprucing up the Canby Family Farm for its upcoming 150th anniversary. Some foundation work, some painting, some discovering of ancient farm equipment, and tons of FUN.
The weather was absolutely perfect and I can't wait for the next farm weekend.
"You look like a princess"
Those were the first words that Ethan said when he saw me.
Here's the thing, if you know about me, I technically AM a princess! 😂
Don't laugh, but for years and years I've been trained to dance, walk, talk, sing, and smile like a princess. I've worn the fanciest of gowns and stood for hours smiling and waving. I always knew that someday, I'll age out of it and my time as a princess will eventually end.
Until I saw Ethan's eyes. And I knew that for the rest of our lives, he'll always treat me as royalty.
Family Murder Mystery night was a blast!
Did a lot of sleuthing and solving, and we figured out the culprit after plenty of laughter, tears, and notes!

We pulled over to switch drivers 💤 and that happened to be at this campground playground!
The sun's reflection over the water with all the Canadian wildfire smoke in the sky had us entranced. But also, we had to bring out our camera gear to capture the moment.
Ethan and I have photographed (together and separately) several engagement, couple, and wedding photoshoots the past couple years.
It's so surreal to now have pictures of our own 💍

@canethan and I wanted to try out some *new to us* vintage lenses and the shots turned out sooo buttery and pretty. Shot credits to Ethan for sure. I was mainly just hype woman and shot director!
I still can't get over how fun this shoot was though. It was so sweet getting to take pictures of this even sweeter couple ❤️ much fun all around!
