Today’s session was all about building strength through stability, control, and movement quality. Zafir has also lost 10/12 pounds in 2-3 months as we are continually getting him ready to play soccer again.
We worked on:
• Rear-foot elevated split squats
• Single-leg hamstring curls on the med ball
• Banded core stability work
• KB swings
• KB overhead marches
• Sled pushes
Strong legs, resilient core, better balance, and conditioning that carries over outside the gym too. Small details, done consistently, add up fast. 💪🏽

Duck walks — strengthen deep squat mobility while reinforcing ankle and hip control.
Incline pigeon pose — opens up tight glutes and improves hip external rotation.
Copenhagen planks — build bulletproof adductors and improve hip stability.
Couch stretch — restores hip flexor length and helps fix anterior pelvic tilt.
