What a week…
A terrible eye infection, doctors dismissing what I was feeling, a lot of new life situations to navigate, and just last week stepping into competition and pushing myself to the limit. There were moments where I felt exhausted, frustrated, and honestly a little defeated.
But somewhere in all of that, I kept showing up.
For training.
For the process.
For myself.
And today, that persistence meant something. I passed my belt exam and moved one level up. 🥋
This one feels especially meaningful, not because it was easy, but because it wasn’t. Because sometimes growth doesn’t happen when everything is aligned and perfect - it happens when you keep going even when things are messy, unfair, or exhausting.
Grateful for this journey, for the resilience it keeps teaching me, and for everyone who supports me along the way.
One level up. And still going.💕
