Built over the course of less than 24 hours on a random Wednesday, and edited, colored, and (hopefully) released in less than a week, Open This Wall is truly a collaborative film by yours truly and Rich Bah.
Inspired by the Berlioz song of the same title, creating Open This Wall felt exactly what the song asks you to do: to allow things to happen, to not go against the grain, to not bang your head against the wall— instead, say “open this wall for me, please.”
This song has been a MANTRA to me since I was graced with it. So, in anticipation to the full film, Rich and I wanted to share some digital postcards from the film to remind you “ask the universe and you will recieve.”

also please note the hair. we were in our silk press era. 💅🏿as Megan Thee Stallion says “switch my wig make him feel like he cheatin.” Black women we LOVE a switch up. 😭💜
that first Pilates and Prosecco turned into more events, more collabs, and more community than I everrrrr expected in just 90 days. and we are just getting started. 🔥
