We are so excited to welcome back Mustache and Lemon as our Lead Lifeguards! This will be both of their 4th years here at camp and they couldn’t be more excited. Both recent graduates, with Lemon’s background in Psychology and Mustache in Public Safety, in addition to having served as both counselors and lifeguards, they can’t wait to help create a fun and safe environment where everyone can have the best time out on the water
Returning for his 9th summer is SamIAm! He has been busy this year teaching history and substitute teaching, and is excited to come back! SamIAm is our lead for Round-Up and Events this year, and his goal is to make sure all events and theme weeks are inclusive, fun, and unique for campers and staff alike!
Purple Flash is the lead counselor for the lasso trickster age group this year! She has been at camp since she was a camper, and is excited to be working with the 10-13 year-olds again this summer. When Purple Flash isn’t at camp, she’s a student at UC San Diego, as well as a certified swim instructor!
Kit is the lead counselor for rowdy wranglers!! She has been at camp for seven years. She loves it here, and camp has truly helped her grow as a person. She can’t wait for others to have that same experience, whether as a camper, CILT, specialist, or counselor.
Welcome back Kiki, one of our lead counselors for the 6–7 age group this summer! This will be her 7th summer at camp, and we’re happy to have her back working with our younger campers. Kiki loves helping create a fun and welcoming environment where campers can try new things and enjoy their time at camp.
When he’s not at school, he’s at camp! Welcome back Rush, this summer’s cowpoke lead counselor! This summer we’re excited to have one of our most seasoned counselors heading our youngest age group, and we’re even MORE excited to announce we are adding two more groups to Cowpoke Land, so if you missed out last year due to space, don’t wait!
