Amanda Wylie (she/her) is an artist, community organizer, camp director, and gameshow host. She is the owner and operator of Campcore, and her latest endeavor is the Hudson Valley Zine Machine.
Amanda’s most used art mediums are water colors, photography, and natural-based mixed mediums. Some elements incorperated into her work include bones, florals, mica, and mixing dye with snow or ice on fabric.
Mica and many other found materials in her work, have been gathered along her journeys by foot: in 2022 hiking from Maine to Georgia, and in 2023, from Canada to Mexico.
Meet Amanda at the fundraiser on december 20th at camp kingston from 6-8 where she is your host and will also be emcee for the queer figure drawing in the canteen from 8-9.
Crust and Magic is a collection of vibrant and unrefined illustrations by Alexa Floresta on objects and apparel. This weirdo world of crusty little characters is a celebration of the magic in being totally and unconditionally you!
