The effort to let go is itself a form of grasping, true letting go happens when you see the futility of holding on. It happens when you stop trying to let go, it is a happening not a doing. The secret, the great discovery is to see that you are not in the world but you are the world. You are not a thing that has come into existence you are the way the universe manifests and expresses itself a particular point in this parlaticular form.
