Maybe one of my favourite photos I’ve ever taken.
I distinctly remember seeing a picture of Volcán de Fuego many years ago and instantly knew that I had to travel to Guatemala to witness it erupting for myself.
This is one of those places that you have to see in person to truly appreciate its spectacle and beauty, but I hope my photographs can somewhat do it justice.
Last month I spent a couple of weeks roaming around Vietnam and Cambodia on the back of mopeds and Tuktuks, capturing two new trips for @contiki
For me, travelling Southeast Asia on two wheels (or three) is a quintessential experience. The roads come alive with movement, the air thick with spices and the smoke of street food vendors, the constant hum of engines weaving through the narrow streets and across high mountain passes. There’s nothing quite like it.
This was a fun project to work on, especially when it gives me the opportunity to spend time in my favourite corner of the world.

Around this time last year I was somewhere deep in the Namibian bush, camera in hand, creating portraits of Africa’s most magnificent creatures and chasing the wildest sunsets I’ve ever been lucky enough to witness.
My soul yearns for another adventure like this one.
