Hey, my name is Cameron (Age 36). I bet you’re all wondering how we got here?I [email protected] after getting fired for “over cooking a burger,” (Age 25) and went up the woods to sulk. Instead I saw stinging nettles and started foraging. Shortly afterwards, I connected with @cowlitzforager , which exploded my foraging brain from 30ish ingredients to hundreds of ingredients. With the help of other foragers, I have been able to learn about, eat, and cook probably more wild foods than any other Chef in my area. I am grateful for the beautiful world around me and getting to share my love of wild foods and foraging with new people. Meet Cameron Dunlap—the visionary and instigator of Chaos Dinner!
A brilliant chef and master of multitasking, Cameron was inspired to bring Chaos Dinner to life after a trip to Alaska—where, while riding in the back of a jeep, chef @flourgirlandflame told him about her and her friends executing their own version of a chaos dinner.
He came home fired up and got to work right away.
After nearly 10 years running fine dining kitchens—including his own—Cameron shifted into the world of events and catering, building it under Morchella Events.
Cameron couldn’t be more excited to see this vision come to life, and can’t wait to welcome you all tomorrow!
