Making Space
When director Cal Martineau first met
@hollytimmisfurniture they had no idea they would be making a film together. They spoke on her love for making, the future and the powerful drive to reach her highest potential within her field.
Filming with Holly was an absolute pleasure. It started with conversations, engaging insights about woodwork, metal work, being in a male dominated field and feeling the generational gap. Hours of constructive conversations all led to Making Space.
There’s a beaming youthfulness in Holly that cuts against every stereotype of her craft. We wanted to convey this sense of artistic purity in our latest short.
