👖Working alongside the Tehama County Library and local businesses, CPSC supported free community events, repair workshops, educational programs, and expanded library resources with sewing machines, denim/bike repair kits, books, and creative reuse activities. The project also highlighted 19 local reuse and repair businesses through outreach campaigns and promotional videos, encouraging residents to extend the life of everyday items instead of sending them to the landfill. @tehamacolibrary

Banners, banners, and more...waste?
In 2028, the Olympics will take place in LA, and along with that, tons of one-time-use banners will be printed and discarded. That is, unless the LA Olympics take the lead on sustainable banners!
Companies like Aberdeen Fabrics develop sustainable banners and can work with clients to build recycling programs for their banners. ♻️ Check out our new case study with them to see how they’re changing the landscape of banner printing by eliminating microplastic release during manufacturing.
