Following the panel, attendees can take a self-guided tour of the newly renovated library, view a pop-up exhibition, and contribute their personal Cal Poly stories to a new oral history project.

Ivan Cheng (Aerospace Engineering, '16) gets to see an air show every single day. ✈️ As a flight test engineer at Edwards Air Force Base, he leads a mission systems team that ensures the nation’s aviation assets are safe and ready to fly.
After visiting Edwards during a Cal Poly class, Ivan realized he wanted to use his engineering degree for civil service. Today, his work focuses entirely on serving the public, protecting the nation, and ensuring pilots have flawless systems in the air.

The Cal Poly Alumni Wine and Beer Garden has become a lively tradition! 🥂 During Open House weekend, more than 400 alumni gathered on O’Neill Green to reconnect and sample offerings from 15 local alumni-owned and managed wineries, breweries, cideries, and seltzeries.

Tickets are $8 for general admission, or $45 for Krukow’s Klubhouse, which includes unlimited beverages (nonalcoholic and beer and seltzer for guests 21+), plus hot dogs and snacks through the seventh inning. Both ticket options include parking!
