Yesterday, the Good Neighbour kitchen was home to a spectacular autumn feast as @mitolofamilyfarms took over the pass. With @callums_kitchen at the helm, we celebrated the best of the season through a menu dedicated to the humble (but mighty) potato.
Guests were treated to a spread that truly highlighted the versatility of local produce:
š„ Potato & Rosemary Focaccia featuring Mitolo Low Carb Potatoes.
š„ A fresh, seasonal Fennel and Fig Salad.
āļø The star of the show: pillowy, flavor-packed Mushroom Gnocchi handcrafted with Royal Blue Potatoes.
When you pair premium local spuds with Callumās expertise, the results are seriously delicious. It was the perfect afternoon of thoughtful plates and great company.

Mitolo Family Farms took over Good Neighbour yesterday, with Callum Hann creating a potato-themed lunch feast. Guests enjoyed our Low Carb Potatoes in a delicious potato and rosemary focaccia, a fresh fennel and fig salad, and a pillowy, flavour-packed mushroom gnocchi made using our Royal Blue Potatoes.
It was a seriously delicious lunch ā which is no surprise when our potatoes and Callum Hann are involved. Donāt worry if you werenāt lucky enough to try the gnocchi on the day, you can recreate it at home using the recipe via the link in our bio š
We made it a whole Motherās weekend not just one day š
The kids loved creating home-made gifts and cards and making crepes for brekkie for @crystal_jagger . They are lucky to have the best mum!

@themisapd and I are chuffed to be at the festival hosting masterclasses, performing @sproutcookingschool demonstrations, and MCing panel discussions between some of the sharpest minds in the South Australian seafood game.
Thereās also some cracking food vendors onsite to get your seafood fix, seafood samples, a bar and DJ sets.
The festival is in its fourth year and has gone from strength to strength. So if you want to know more about where your seafood comes from, how to cook it, or you just want to eat something delicious, we hope to see you there!
