I'm running the London Marathon in April 2024 for Global's Make Some Noise 🏃👟🌈
This is by far one of the most challenging things I've ever done. I started running a few years ago to support my mental health and was inspired by friends to achieve a new personal goal this year.
Yesterday's 20km run was the toughest yet. Not the longest I've done, but the biggest hurdle mentally.
