IT’S A COCKTAIL 🍸 EPISODE 2
The idea is to bring cocktails into all kinds of worlds:
▪️mix our passions
▪️create together
▪️spend an amazing time with friends ♥️
Today we’re meeting Athénaïs, who welcomed us into her home where she creates her gorgeous canvas 👩🎨
She paints with oil pastels. She draws women, giving each of them a name and a story. She loves acidity, spice, and fresh cocktails 🍋🟩🌶️🧊
So we showed up at her place with an Oxalis Spicy Margarita 🍸
Oxalis is a microgreen with a strong acidifying power. Garnish, cordial or solution it’s amazing and add vegetal notes 🌱
Purple oxalis solution 💦
▪️350 ml water
▪️1/2 box of oxalis
▪️2g malic acid + 4g citric acid
▪️a pinch of ascorbic acid
Blend everything together. Strain through a coffee filter ☕️

And for the cocktail, here’s what we got 🍸🧊
▪️40 ml tequila base
▪️30 ml oxalis solution
▪️10 ml agave syrup
▪️5 ml yellow Chartreuse
▪️3 dashes Angostura + 1 of salt
▪️a dash of habanero tincture 🌶️
