It was time to update brand intro. Call Me Masha didn’t happen overnight. It began with an idea, my mom, my babushka, and finally taking the leap of faith. ⭐️🪡
This brand is a story of memory, fine craftsmanship, and lineage. Handmade by us, carried by you. We are immensely grateful to those who have found us, grown with us, and who’ve become a part of our story.
We can’t wait for what’s to come 🥹🥹🥹
Yesterday’s shoot was one of those rare ones where everything just clicked. We ended up dancing between takes, laughing the entire time. It honestly felt like raiding the closet in 13 Going on 30. Just pure, colorful, feminine bliss. That feeling is so at the core of what Call Me Masha is, and what we hope people experience when they step into our world.
We’ve been slowly perfecting these new pieces for a while now. A bias-cut patchwork slip dress made from rare Pucci scarves and incredibly special Chanel deadstock from 1994. A matching corset and skirt set crafted from Chanel SS14 deadstock fabric. And of course, our upcycled scarf tops that so many of you already know and love.
I feel so lucky to have worked with @denisedocumented on this. Truly one of the most talented photographers I’ve ever collaborated with. She captured everything exactly as it felt, which isn’t easy to do. 📸🩷
And @leighasinnott who came in as an actress and completely transformed into the role. She brought such an infectious energy and life to the clothes. It wouldn’t have been the same without her. ⭐️
