The Arcadis Miami Studio brings the local essence of Coral Gables indoors into the work environment using patterns and textures inspired by the local flora, custom dividers that reference the local Groves of the community, & the garden lounge and open studio. Circular and biophilic design principles were utilized to create an energy rich environment with masterfully refurbished and refinished furniture and a continuing theme of nature spread throughout the studio, creating a green work environment that promotes wellness and connection.

Arcadis and Saks Fifth Avenue have reimagined the West Coast flagship store in Beverly Hills, blending historic charm with modern luxury across 130,000 square feet. The store features preserved original elements like the marble staircase and skylight, with vendor-designed shops from top brands like Chanel and Gucci. VIP spaces include The Terrace and the Fifth Avenue Club, offering personalized experiences. This transformation sets a new standard in luxury retail, making it a premier shopping destination.

Corkfield, a residential-led mixed use development situated in Birmingham, comprises of 375 apartments and 13,800 sq. feet of retail space. Completed in 2024, the build to rent scheme boasts generous amenities including co-working spaces, private dining room, an internal podium garden and roof terrace.
Arcadis carefully crafted Corkfield’s design scheme to enhance the existing neighbourhood, adding subtle references to the adjoining Edgbaston Cricket Stadium including a cricket wicket pattern in the ground floor perforated cladding.

Live Nation and Arcadis have revitalized the historic Brooklyn Paramount Theater, blending its 1928 charm with modern enhancements. The venue now features a restored grand foyer with original stonework, a dynamic latticework ceiling, and a 2,700-seat music hall with VIP areas like Ella’s Lounge. Panda Inn is a casual dining restaurant located in downtown Glendale, California. It serves fresh Chinese American food and has been a neighborhood staple for young professionals and families. The restaurant is where Panda Express tests its new ideas before moving them to its chain.
The design team’s philosophy is reflected in the restaurant's design - not cluttered, properly lit, and with softer textures, curated artifacts, and lush greenery as a room divider to create intimacy. The reception area was reimagined to radiate a family-owned inn atmosphere and create a hospitality-like environment. One of the key parts of the renovation was the utilization of the bar area that was underused. The team transformed it by adding greenery to create intimacy and table lamps on the bar tables for a small group’s social vibe.
This project was completed by the team that now makes up Arcadis' architecture and urbanism experts.
In May 2023, CR Land's Xisanqi MixC One, which was designed by Arcadis, opened in Beijing. The commercial space of this project is 80,000 square meters. As a regional leading shopping mall giving consideration to both social contact and family demand, it fills the gap of high-quality shopping malls in Xisanqi, and will promote the upgrading and rejuvenation of commercial consumption in this area.
Arcadis has always adhered to the design concept of "sustainable development" and integrated it into every design practice with practical actions. Xisanqi MixC One integrates urban experience with natural elements to create a multiple-scenario experience with warmer atmosphere and human touch. As a new force in the business circle in the north of Beijing, the project promotes the quality upgrade of the urban business circle with its innovative and forward-looking development power, advocates a more diversified and vibrant healthy lifestyle, and injects new vitality into the urban life.
Huacai Haikou Bay Plaza is located in the landscape belt of Haikou Bay, a city-level travel and leisure resort in Haikou, Hainan, China. Beside the Haikou Century Bridge, the plaza is surrounded in stunning seascapes and faces the CBD of International Trade Center. This vibrant and creative coastal business district attracts numerous people that pursue high-quality life.
CRTKL, now a part of Arcadis, introduced multi-dimensional art elements when designing the facades of the podium buildings, commercial interior, interior public areas of the office buildings and interior sales center of this project, creating a unique experiential and themed shopping space. The aim is to stimulate consumption vitality and meet new social needs, thereby building a new commercial landmark featuring art elements at the bay.
