LDN RESTAURANT REC 👩🏻🍳 Guys this one had my name written all over it. Literally. @camille_se1 is a French regional restaurant with a focus on whole carcass butchery. They are working with regenerative British farms 🇬🇧 so although they cook with traditional French technique, their focus is on British produce. Very much like @callherchef ethos so I had to check them out! 👏
They don’t let anything go to waste and that showed in their menu. I loved the puffed pig skin, beef consommé, merguez and the tartare en brioche. I could have had three more of the tartare it was that good! The staff were super friendly, they don’t rush you through your meal, they have a good wine selection, good background music and I spotted lady chefs in the kitchen! 👏👩🏻🍳💖 I will be back and make my way through their menu.
